Every so often Canada Poker News will be featuring Canadian Poker Players trying to make a name for themselves. Every poker player knows the likes of popular Canadian poker pros such as Daniel Negreanu, Gavin Smith, and now Johnathan Duhamel, but what we want to feature are the other great poker players from Canada that not as many people have heard of but should.
The first in our feature is Gillian Epp. One of the top Women Poker Players, she is a high stakes cash game player out of western Canada. Playing in the big games in Bobby’s room at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, she is quickly making a name for herself and many high stakes pros are already fearing her.
Though high stakes cash games are her money train, she will be entering the tournament world with an appearance at the NAPT (North American Poker Tour) womens event in LA. After that she will be returning back to Canada just in time for the 2010 BCPC (British Columbia Poker Championships). Hope everybody can make it out to Vancouver and provide her with a nice rail!
